What Is Bioresonance Therapy and What Happens During an Appointment?

Bioresonance consultation at Conscious Nutrition in Manchester

If you’ve never experienced bioresonance therapy before, it’s completely understandable to wonder what actually happens during an appointment.

At Conscious Nutrition in Manchester, I use bioresonance as part of a personalised approach to exploring a client’s health. Many of the people who come to see me have ongoing or complex symptoms and feel that they haven’t yet found the full picture behind how they’re feeling.

In this article, I’ll explain what bioresonance therapy is, how I use it in my practice, and what you can expect when you come for an appointment.

What is bioresonance therapy?

Bioresonance is a complementary therapy based on the principle that the body produces electromagnetic signals and that these can be assessed using specialised equipment.

In my practice, I use professional bioresonance equipment manufactured by Rayonex Biomedical in Germany.

Bioresonance does not replace conventional medical diagnosis or medical testing. Instead, I use it as an additional tool to help build a broader picture of the individual and identify areas that may warrant further attention.

This fits particularly well with the way I work because I’m rarely interested in looking at a symptom in isolation. I want to understand what may be contributing to the overall health picture.

Why do people come to me for bioresonance?

People come to Conscious Nutrition for many different reasons.

Some have a relatively specific concern, such as digestive problems, reactions to foods, fatigue or difficulty sleeping. Others have a much more complicated history involving multiple symptoms or health concerns that have developed over a number of years.

Often, clients tell me that they have already tried numerous approaches but still feel that something has been missed.

My aim is therefore not simply to focus on the symptom that happens to be bothering you most that day. I look at your health history as a whole and consider how different factors may fit together.

What happens during an initial bioresonance consultation?

My Initial Bioresonance Consultation lasts approximately two hours, which gives us enough time to explore your health in considerable detail.

We begin by discussing your current symptoms, previous health history, diet, lifestyle and any relevant investigations or treatments you've already had. I then carry out a bioresonance assessment using my Rayonex equipment.

Rather than using the same set of tests for everybody, the assessment is guided by what is relevant to you. This allows me to investigate different areas and build up a more individual picture.

Depending on your circumstances, we may also discuss nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes or whether other forms of testing could be useful.

What am I looking for during the assessment?

One of the reasons I find bioresonance useful is that it allows me to take a very broad view rather than concentrating on a single body system.

The assessment may explore areas such as digestive function, nutritional balance, environmental influences and different areas of physiological stress.

What we investigate will depend on your symptoms and health history.

Importantly, bioresonance findings are not the same as a conventional medical diagnosis. Where something requires medical investigation, I will always encourage the appropriate testing or involvement of your GP or another healthcare professional.

What does bioresonance therapy feel like?

Bioresonance therapy itself is non-invasive.

During a session, you can remain fully clothed and are usually sitting or lying comfortably while the therapy is carried out.

Most people find the process very relaxing. There are no needles, electrical shocks or painful procedures involved.

The exact therapy used varies from person to person because sessions are tailored according to the individual assessment and how you are progressing.

Is bioresonance the only thing I use?

No — and this is an important part of my approach.

Although bioresonance is central to much of my work, I am also a Registered Nutritional Therapist and naturopath. This means I can consider nutrition, lifestyle, supplements and other appropriate approaches alongside the bioresonance findings. Where useful, I may also suggest conventional or functional laboratory testing.

I find that this combination allows me to look at a case from several different perspectives rather than relying on one approach alone.

What happens after the first appointment?

At the end of your consultation, we'll discuss what we have found and what I think the most appropriate next steps are.

There isn't a standard programme that everyone follows. For one person, nutrition may need more attention. For somebody else, the priority may be bioresonance therapy, digestive support or further investigation. With more complex health histories, we may work through different priorities gradually rather than trying to address everything at once.

Follow-up appointments allow us to review how things have changed and adapt the approach accordingly.

Who might consider bioresonance therapy?

Bioresonance tends to appeal particularly to people who want to take a broader look at their health.

I frequently work with people experiencing digestive problems, food-related symptoms, fatigue, stress and other persistent or complex health concerns.

You don't need to know beforehand whether bioresonance is the right approach for you. If you're unsure, I offer a free discovery call so that we can briefly discuss what you're experiencing and whether an appointment with me is appropriate.
