At the initial consultation I like to get to know lots about you so that I can provide personalised advice.

I collect information about the following:

• Current symptoms

• Medications and Supplements

• Health goals

• Medical history

• Assessing each body system in detail

• Lifestyle habits

• Dietary pattern

I will ask for a food diary to be completed prior to the appointment if possible.

The whole process takes around 2 hours is carried out face to face at my clinic in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Following the consultation I will provide personalised eating guidelines and/or recipes as well as recommended supplements and lifestyle interventions. This will be sent by email.

Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to gain feedback on the prior recommendations and to iron out any challenges that may have been encountered along with adjustments to the diet or supplements. Follow-ups also help you to stay focused and motivated between sessions. The amount of follow up sessions required will be dependant on factors such as age, current health, compliance with the protocol and budget. I aim to give you the maximum assistance per session as is reasonably possible.
