People seek nutritional therapy for many different reasons. Some want to improve their general health, while others have been experiencing persistent symptoms and are looking for a more personalised approach.

At Conscious Nutrition, I commonly work with clients seeking support for:

  • Digestive health: Bloating, irregular bowel habits, food sensitivities and ongoing digestive discomfort.

  • Fatigue and low energy: Exploring nutritional intake, dietary patterns and lifestyle factors that may influence energy levels.

  • Food sensitivities and intolerances: Identifying potential dietary triggers and developing a balanced, practical eating plan.

  • Hormonal and metabolic health: Nutritional support for blood sugar regulation, metabolic function and general hormonal wellbeing.

  • Immune health: Supporting normal immune function through adequate nutrition and appropriate lifestyle strategies.

  • Persistent or complex health concerns: Taking a detailed look at your health history, nutritional status and other relevant factors when symptoms have been difficult to manage.

You don't need to have a diagnosed condition to benefit from nutritional therapy. Many clients simply want to understand their health better and receive guidance that is specific to the

Nutritional therapy is a personalised approach to health that uses nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support the body's normal physiological functions.

Rather than recommending the same diet or supplements to everyone, nutritional therapy considers your individual health history, symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle and nutritional requirements.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I use an evidence-informed approach to understand how nutrition may be influencing your health.

This can involve exploring digestive function, nutrient intake, metabolic health, dietary patterns and the relationship between different body systems.

My aim is to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes that support your health over the long term.

What Is Nutritional Therapy?

Who Can Benefit From Nutritional Therapy?

Your health history is unique. Your nutritional plan

should be too.

I believe that understanding the wider picture is essential when working with persistent health concerns.

During your consultation, we explore your health history, current symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle and any relevant medical investigations.

Rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation, I consider how different aspects of your health may be connected.

A Personalised Approach to Your Health

For example, digestive health can influence nutrient absorption, while inadequate nutrient intake may affect energy production and normal physiological function.

By bringing these factors together, we can identify areas where nutritional and lifestyle changes may be beneficial. The goal is to develop a personalised plan that is practical, achievable and appropriate for your circumstances.

What Happens During a Nutritional Therapy Consultation?

1. Comprehensive Health Assessment

Your initial consultation begins with a detailed discussion of your health history, symptoms, dietary habits and lifestyle.

We'll explore previous investigations, current supplements, medications and any approaches you've already tried.

This helps me understand your concerns and establish priorities for your nutritional programme.

2. Individual Assessment and Functional Testing

Where appropriate, I may recommend functional laboratory testing to explore specific aspects of nutritional or physiological function.

Depending on your circumstances, this could include investigations relating to digestive health, nutrient status or metabolism.

For in-person consultations, I also incorporate Rayonex Biomedical energetic testing as a complementary assessment and treatment approach within my practice.

3. Your Personalised Nutrition Plan

Following your assessment, I develop recommendations tailored to your needs.

These may include:

  • Dietary adjustments and food choices

  • Strategies to support digestive function

  • Nutritional supplementation where appropriate

  • Lifestyle and sleep recommendations

  • Guidance on meal planning and sustainable eating habits

The aim is to create a manageable plan that fits into your everyday life.

4. Ongoing Support and Review

Your nutritional needs may change as you make progress.

Follow-up appointments allow us to review your response, address any challenges and adjust your recommendations where necessary. This helps ensure your programme remains relevant to your needs and goals.

Nutritional Therapy, Functional Testing and Bioresonance

At Conscious Nutrition, nutritional therapy forms the foundation of my approach.

Where appropriate, I combine personalised nutritional guidance with functional laboratory testing and Rayonex bioresonance.

These approaches have different roles. Functional laboratory tests can provide measurable clinical information, while bioresonance is a form of energetic testing and therapy which is very helpful to get to the root cause quickly and cost effectively.

My aim is to bring together the information relevant to your circumstances and develop an individualised approach to nutritional and lifestyle support.
